Using TUVPN.COM or any products or services offered on this site (collectively, "Services") is subject to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). These conditions can be changed at any time and without notice through the publication of updates on this page. Using TUVPN.COM services implies full acceptance by the User of these Terms, including any modification of them. It is strictly forbidden for users to perform any activity that could jeopardize the commercial ability of TUVPN.COM to continue offering their services. In the event these Terms of Use are breached, TUVPN.COM will terminate a users account without notice.

Prohibited Activities:

TUVPN.COM will not tolerate the use of their services to perform scams, fraud, theft, hacking, denial of service attacks, spam, transmission of child pornography, malware distribution, transmission of illegally obtained files, identity theft, extortion, blackmail, threats and generally any other activity that may violate any applicable laws. Also prohibited is unreasonable and disproportionate use of our services which results in excessive load on our infrastructure. While TUVPN.COM allows internet traffic routing through some countries it insists that the client must comply with the laws of the country from which you access the services of TUVPN.COM and that you take full responsibility to ensure such compliance.

Disclaimer:

By accepting these conditions, you as a customer are responsible for all activities performed while using our services. If you perform any activity deemed to be illegal by any relevant authority, we are not in any way responsible for it and by your agreement to these terms free us from any responsibility.

Refunds:

Although our focus is on providing quality service and complete satisfaction of our customers, if for some reason you want to obtain reimbursement of a payment such request must meet the following requirements:

• You must not have generated more than 1GB of traffic from the date of recruitment / renewal of the service.

• There must have been no more than three days from date of recruitment / renewal of the service.

• Your account must be current in regards all amounts due and clean of suspicious activity. At our discretion and in exceptional circumstances (eg, technical difficulties within TUVPN.COM’s control), we may action a partial refund as a gesture of apology to affected customers. This is not guaranteed and assessed on a case by case basis.

Cancellation:

You may cancel your service at any time via your Client Area. If not using the service throughout your subscription period, you will only receive a refund in the case of meeting the conditions outlined in the previous paragraph for that period.

Legal Notice:

TUVPN.COM does not guarantee uninterrupted access and / or error free service. TUVPN.COM and its associate members (employees) are not responsible for any costs or damage caused directly or indirectly from use of their services. In any case, the aggregate liability of TUVPN.COM to you (the customer) and all claims relating to the use of services will not exceed the total value of contracted services during the three months immediately preceding a claim. TUVPN.COM reserves the right to change the price of services by way of notice to customers through our website. TUVPN.COM reserves the right to change the characteristics of the service at any time.
