Within VPN settings select Add VPN

As we offer L2TP/IPSEC so we'll select a L2TP/IPSec PSK VPN option from menu.

We will configure only the first 3 options of menu

Select "VPN Name" first.
Enter connection name as TUVPN L2TP, and press OK

Configure the server address you wish to use.
In our example we have used london.tuvpn.com. You can use any of the TUVPN servers.

Enter the IPSec pre-shared key as "tuvpn123" without putting double quotes

Leave the L2TP secret disabled and other settings default 
And save the settings.

Now you will see a new connection TUVPN L2TP under VPN menu
Select "TUVPN L2TP" to connect

Android will ask you to enter your TUVPN username and password
Enter your TUVPN credentials in this step
and click Connect

When the connection is successful this will be displayed as below.
