Do I have to open any ports on my firewall/router, or do any other special configuations for my VPN service to work?
In general, NO special configuration should be necessary. For PPTP, your ISP needs to allow GRE packets on your network.
In most cases you will not experience any problems. If you should experience any problems, please contact us via the support tab in your Cient Area. We will fix the problem for you!
