When I try to pay using 2Checkout, I get an error message "Authorisation failed. The authentication of the cardholder has failed. Go back and correct your data or choose another payment method". What should I do?

First of all, DO NOT  REOPEN the sign-up process. Your invoice has already been generated and you can re access it and retry the payment through your Client Area > My Invoices. If you have tried the payment using 2checkout with a credit card, and for any reason the process has ended with an ERROR, these are the steps you will have to follow before you try to process the payment again. NB: The following information has been received from 2checkout and verified by us:
