Access your client area, choose Modify Services.There you can choose your new subscription period.

This new subscription period will be activated and you will be billed at the time of the end of your current subscription period. For example, if you have a monthly subscription that expires in 10 days and choose to change to a semi-annual subscription period, your current subscription will last for another 10 days and then at the start of the next month you will be billed for a 6 month subscription period.

IMPORTANT: You can change your subscription type only BEFORE THE RENEWAL INVOICE IS CREATED FOR YOUR SERVICE (this happens three days before service expiration). If the invoice has been created and you want to change your service type, please, contact support and they will cancel the created invoice and you will be able to buy a new service of the desired length.
