Completion by you of the registration forms of www.tuvpn.com implies your acceptance of the following TUVPN.COM Data Protection Policy. All information provided by you during registration must be true. In the event that we detect that you have provided false information, we reserve the right to cancel your registration.

TUVPN.COM’s customer has the right to access all data processed about him. You have the right to demand the rectification, deletion or blocking of data that is incomplete, inaccurate or isn't being processed in compliance with data protection rules. (art. 12).

Legitimate Purpose

Personal data can only be processed for specified explicit and legitimate purposes and may not be processed further in a way incompatible with those purposes (art. 6 b). Such specified purpose in the case of TUVPN.COM is the delivery of its service(s).

Proportionality

Personal data may be processed only insofar as it is adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the purposes for which they are collected and/or further processed. The data must be accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date; every reasonable step must be taken to ensure that data which are inaccurate or incomplete, having regard to the purposes for which they were collected or for which they are further processed, are erased or rectified; The data shouldn't be kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or for which they are further processed.
